（中央社華盛頓22日綜合外電報導）獲美國總統當選人川普提名為新顧問的艾康（Carl Icahn）今天表示，繁重累贅的聯邦規範，阻礙了自由企業，特別是煉油業。
艾康說：「我一點都不反對規範，我甚至有幾分相信需要依法管理，但現在很多地方已名符其實成了荒謬...坦白說，你幾乎會被有些東西惹毛。」
川普已提名奧克拉荷馬州檢察長普魯特（ScottPruitt）接掌環保署（EPA）。普魯特是氣候變遷的否定者，也是化石燃料產業的親密盟友。
